Pressé sets are hand-made to order, so shipping has two parts: the time to make your set, and the time to deliver it.
Processing & lead time
Each set is made by an independent maker after you accept your quote. The estimated lead time is shown in your quote and varies by design and maker. We'll keep you updated as your order moves through production and ships.
Delivery
Once your set is made, it ships to the address you provided. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. You'll receive a notification when your order ships.
Shipping destinations & costs
Any shipping charges are shown before you accept your quote or at checkout. [Specify the regions/countries you ship to and your shipping rates here.]
Tracking
Where the carrier supports it, we'll provide tracking so you can follow your order. You can also check the latest status on your order in the app.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
Carrier delays are outside our control, but we'll help you track things down. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@wearpresse.com and we'll work with you under our Refund & Returns Policy.
