Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you submit to or do on the Service, including the photos and designs you upload, the text you enter, and how you interact with makers and our team. It is part of our Terms of Service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You agree not to submit or do anything that

• Is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or violates anyone's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Is sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content that is non-consensual or otherwise illegal.
• Is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination.
• Contains other people's images or personal information without their permission.
• Contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Attempts to use the AI try-on or rendering features to create harmful, deceptive, or infringing imagery.
• Impersonates anyone, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.

Reporting objectionable content

We act on reports of content or behavior that violate this policy. If you see something objectionable, report it in the app or email support@wearpresse.com. We aim to review reports and remove violating content and remove or suspend the responsible user, where warranted, within 24 hours.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. We may also report unlawful content to the authorities.
